About Lume: Lume's musical vision has always remained one of originality and integrity: write and to play meaningful songs with honesty and passion, while appealing to listeners with songs about life rather than lifestyle. The third album, Burn It To The Ground, is different in that it’s songs in the present-tense that articulated specific moments in the life of the band that were both real, and honest. The new record achieves a tunefulness that warms and broadens Lume's music. While there are still moments of darkness the band ultimately chooses light, without denying the gray areas in between.
