The Moon and the Stars Lyrics |
|
by:
Tony Lechner
Under the moon, we meet in the city
To hide from the world; the lights shining pretty,
They dance on the streets, as we float along
In our own little world, there is nothing wrong tonight, tonight
Safe in your arms, I melt in the moment
Away from it all, don't want to go home
It's a long way away, and I want to stay
Out with you, won't you please take me away tonight
Take me with you when you go
(I) don't want to be alone
Under the moon, we kiss in the shadows
A heartbeat away from all of our troubles
Two souls gleaming bright, hiding just out of sight
In our own little world, there is nothing wrong tonight
